Do you have a group who likes to travel? On a custom group tour, we plan the tour, and your group fills the motorcoach.
Is there a tour in our Tour Book that catches your eye? Call us and let us know. Pick a date that suits your group, and we'll take care of the rest.
Some important points to remember:
- You have the motorcoach exclusively - only your group will be on it.
- We will pick you up at the location of your choice.
- You choose the dates that suit your group.
- We can customize the tour to suit your needs.
- We make all the arrangements, including hotels, meals, attractions and transportation.
- We provide customized itineraries for each member of your group.
- We send final details and luggage tags to each registered member of your group.
- We provide a complimentary package with 35 paid passengers.
- You may have your own group leader, or opt for a Bob Neff Tours tour director.
Quick Facts - Generally the group size must be at least 30 passengers for a group tour and the maximum for a group is usually 54 passengers.
- We request at least 3-6 months advance notice to plan a tour.
- A refundable fee is required when booking the tour and final payments are generally due 6 weeks prior to tour departure.

8 Day Mid-Atlantic Tour Fly to the East Coast of the United States - 2 days / 3 nights in New York City, 2 days / 2 nights in Lancaster, PA/Amish Country, 2 days / 2 nights in Washington, DC, plus an afternoon at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, as well as Historic Philadelphia, then fly home on Day 8.
Day 1
♦Fly into either New York City (JFK, LaGuardia or Newark, NJ, wherever you get the
best air schedule and rates).
♦Afternoon to browse in Mid-Town Manhattan.
♦Overnight in New York City
Day 2
♦Enjoy full day guided tour of New York City to include: Central Park; Trump Tower;
Broadway/Theater District; Rockefeller Plaza; St. Patrick’s Cathedral; Grand
Central Terminal; Empire State Building; Chinatown; Greenwich Village; Wall
Street; and Ground Zero 9/11 Memorial.

Day 3
♦Morning cruise around Manhattan to view Statue of Liberty and view
“The Big Apple” from a different vantage point.
♦Afternoon of browsing and shopping in Times Square or Rockefeller Plaza area.
♦Enjoy an evening show on Broadway.

Day 4
♦Depart for Lancaster, PA, the home of the Pennsylvania Amish.
♦Arrive early afternoon to meet your Amish guide for an Amish countryside
tour to see how the “Plain People” live and work.
♦PA Dutch cooking is a must for your bountiful dinner tonight.
♦Overnight in Lancaster, PA
Day 5
♦Drive to the “sweet town” of Hershey, PA, home of the Hershey
Candy Bar and visit Chocolate World.
♦Back to Lancaster County with lunch on your own in Intercourse, PA,
and an afternoon at leisure to visit the Intercourse Canning Company
and the village of shops – quilts, woodworking, twist your
own soft pretzel and more.
♦Overnight in Lancaster, PA
Day 6
♦Drive to Baltimore for morning and stroll the Inner Harbor, experience
the National Aquarium and have lunch on your own.
♦Afternoon we drive to Washington, DC, our nation’s capital. On arrival
visit the Air and Space Museum at the Smithsonian Institution, stroll the
extensive exhibits and view the IMAX show, “To Fly”.
♦Nighttime driving tour of illuminated Memorials.
♦Overnight in Washington, DC area
Day 7
♦ This morning we meet our local guide and visit numerous memorials in
the area, including: The White House; Jefferson Memorial; Lincoln Memorial;
the Washington Monument, as well as a ride up Embassy Row and a walk
through Georgetown University.
♦A visit to the Capitol building for a tour and the new Capitol Visitor’s
Center is a must.
♦Overnight in Washington, DC, area
Day 8
♦As we head north to the JFK International Airport, we stop in Philadelphia for
a brief guided tour by a costumed guide of Historic Downtown, where
America began.
♦We visit Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and enjoy a renowned Philadelphia
Cheese Steak for lunch.
♦Then we drive to JFK and say farewell to our new friends, trusting you had a
vacation that will long be remembered.
Tour price depends on: Time of year, number of days, meals included, hotels chosen (deluxe or moderate); and the desired attractions, shows, golf outings,
baseball games, etc.

Boston: Include Freedom Trail with local guide, Historic Quincy Market for lunch and browsing, Boston Harbor Cruise, Harvard University walking tour, New England Aquarium, and more. Yale University campus walking tour in New Haven, CT, can be included in your drive from Boston to New York.
Maine and the Atlantic Coast Lighthouses: (Add this two or three day adventure on to your Boston stop-over.) View New England’s rocky coast as you take in Cape Neddick Lighthouse (“Nubble Light”) and Portland Headlight, the most photographed lighthouse in the country. Cruise to a private island and enjoy a lobster bake.
Major League Baseball in Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia or New York. A number of opportunities are waiting in the summertime, in these cities. Buy a hot dog at the park and relax for an afternoon or evening and enjoy “America’s favorite pastime”.

West Virginia Trains: Day 1: Drive to the mountain town of Elkins, West Virginia, and board the New Tygart Flyer (http://www.mountainrailwv.com) for an afternoon of relaxation and breathtaking beauty. Then kick back for toe-tapping Appalachian music after we check into our hotel in Elkins, WV. Day 2: Following a good breakfast, drive to Cass, WV, for another relaxing ride on the Cass Scenic Railroad (http://www.cassrailroad.com) then drive back to Lancaster, PA, for the night.
