Tour Director Highlights: We traveled to Vancouver and then by ferry to beautiful Victoria, British Columbia provincial capital. There we were treated to Butchart Gardens, the downtown seaport, Parliament building and other points of interest. At the end of our Vancouver tour we boarded the train for an overnight trip to Jasper. The train provided views of rivers, mountains, waterfalls, information and excellent meals. The ice explorer took to the Athabasca Glacier, where we were permitted to get out and walk around. Then we went on to Banff for views of majestic mountains and stunning lakes colored by rock dust from the glaciers. This is truly a “not to be missed” tour.
