Tour Date: June 13-27, 2024

Tour Director: Angie Rohrer

Tour Director Highlights:
Have you ever wanted to go to Mount Rushmore or see buffalo up close and personal?  Well, on our trip to North and South Dakota we did see Mount Rushmore in between the fog.  Unfortunately, the buffalo were shy and kept their distance at Custer State Park.  We enjoyed carriage rides in the Lost Canyon of the Wisconsin Dells area.  The buffet and program at the gospel brunch in Medora, North Dakota was delightful.
Baby bears are just adorable -don’t you agree?  Bear Country is just the place to see lots of bears!!  If you are a Laura Ingalls Wilder fan you would enjoy her home and school in De Smet, SD.  The museum of Laura in Walnut Grove, MN is worth visiting.
The Badlands of North and South Dakota were something to behold.  God’s magnificent beauty in nature was on display in these parks.  Baseball anyone?  Dyersville, Iowa was a stop we made to visit the “Field of Dreams” set where the movie was filmed in 1989 we even met one of the “ghost players”.  We also saw long horn cattle at Dickinson’s Cattle ranch on the way east. What about gift shops-we had lots of fun in all the gift shops along the way.  Perhaps you will add North and South Dakota to your bucket list!  We’d love to take you there.
