Day 1 *Arrive in Oahu  *Experience “Aloha” on arrival with the Traditional Flow-er Lei  *Transfer to our hotel  *Relax this evening on your own  *Deluxe lodging on Waikiki Beach (1st of three nights)

Day 2 *Visit the USS Arizona Memorial, learning how men and women gave their lives on December 7, 1941—The Day of Infamy   *Have a narrated tour of Honolulu’s city highlights, winding through The National Cemetery of the Pacific (Punchbowl), Washington Place (the Governor’s Mansion, The State Capitol building, Chinatown, and the King Kemehameha Statue   *Hear the legend of Duke Kahanamoku, known as Hawaii’s Ambassador of Aloha  *Dine on Polynesian Fare in an open-air beachfront setting  (B)

Day 3 *Stop at Dole Plantation for a pineapple garden tour  *Sample the world’s freshest Hawaiian pineapple  *Travel to the North Shore, seeing waves of up to 30-40 feet crash on the reefs of the beaches of Pipeline and Waimea Bay  *Walk through seven different cultures of Polynesia   *Watch an IMAX movie  *Enjoy a Polynesian feast before viewing the most spectacular show in the islands, “Ha—The Breath of Life”  (L)

Day 4 *Transfer to airport for short flight to the Big Island  *Take a full-day coach tour, covering the very best of the Big Island  *Witness some of the Big Island’s most impressive and diverse natural wonders from its volcanoes to its tropical forests to its world- famous black sand beaches  *Learn about Hawaii’s active volcanoes and see their features at the Volcanoes National Park  *Hear about the island’s seven ecological zones  *Arrive at our Kona Hotel (1st of 2 nights) (L)

Day 6 *Transfer to airport for short flight to Maui, where we stay for three nights  This afternoon you have time to settle into the oceanfront Royal Lahaina Resort and relax in your beautiful surroundings.

Day 7 *Travel up from the sugar caned plain, through Paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy) country, up beyond the protea farms of Kula, up country Maui, then above the tree line to where rare Hawaiian silver swords and cacti grow to the very crest of Haleakala, 10,000 feet above sea level *See Haleakala volcano, Maui’s House of the Sun, her moonlike crater the size of Manhattan and her outlooks of the islands are a spectacular view like no other on earth  *Join a traditional Hawaiian party, enjoying Hawaiian foods, music, entertainment and do the hula  (L)
