Day 1 *Travel towards Richmond, VA *Arrive Historic St. John’s Church and attend re-enactment of Patrick Henry’s Speech. In March of 1775, the Second Virginia Convention was held here at what was then called Henrico Paris Church. Patrick Henry, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Peyton Randolph and other prominent Virginians were delegates to the Convention. Here, Patrick Henry embodied the spirit of the Revolution on March 23, 1775, with his words, “Give me liberty…or give me death!” *Check into your hotel in Williamsburg *Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant (D)

Day 2 *Spend the morning visiting Jamestown, England’s first permanent colony in North America *Have a guided tour of the Jamestown settlement, time to browse and have lunch on your own *Explore Colonial Williamsburg with a guided walking tour *Dine at a local restaurant (B, D)

Day 3 *Depart for Yorktown, a vital port of Virginia in the 1700’s and the site of the Battle of Yorktown, the last major battle of the American Revolution *Enjoy lunch and time to explore before heading for home (B, L)
