Day 1
*Board our flight to Billings, MT, to begin our western travel adventure
*Dinner and overnight in Billings, MT (D)
Day 2
*Visit the King’s Saddlery and Museum in Sheridan, WY, seeing a treasure trove of new tack, apparel and world-class famous ropes. There is so much to see that you could spend days looking over the entire collection, including docents that will show you the best pieces in this amazing assortment of western heritage items.
*Travel to Cody Cattle Company for a fantastic evening of delicious food and a great family-friendly music show
*Overnight in Cody, WY, in first-class lodging (1st of 3 nights) (B, D)
Day 3
*Start with Cody Trolley Tours, a must-do activity and the best and fastest way to gain an overview of everything this town has to offer
*Drive to the Old Trail Town. Bob Edgar, a native of the Wyoming Big Horn Basin, saw the historic buildings and relics disappearing, so he gathered them into this town called Cody City, located just east of Yellowstone National Park. The Old Trail Town Collection now consists of 26 buildings which date from 1879 to 1901.
*Head to the Buffalo Bill Dam, one of the first concrete arch dams built in the United States and standing at 325 feet high, the highest dam in the world at the time
*Visit Firearm Experience, where you can shoot the guns that won the West, from Flintlocks to Full-Auto and so much more
*Enjoy a Chuckwagon Dinner, an unforgettable experience
*Dinner and overnight in Cody (B, D)
Day 4
*Travel west to the East Gateway of Yellowstone National Park Upper Loop, visiting Sunlight Bridge, Lamar Valley, Tower Falls, Mammoth Hot Springs, Norris Geyser Basin, Brand Canyon of Yellowstone lower falls and upper falls
*Dinner and overnight in Cody, WY (B, D)
Day 5
*Continue our tour of Yellowstone National Park and visit Yellowstone Lake, West Thumb, Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic and Paint Pots
*Overnight in first-class lodging in Jackson Hole, WY (1st of 2 nights) (B, L, D)
Day 6
*Have a Wildlife Safari tour in the Grand Tetons National Park, which is ripe with geological wonders and an incredible variety of beautiful wildlife
*See the familiar jagged peaks of the Teton Range form a beautiful backdrop from any vantage point providing multiple photo opportunities. Our guide joins us for a half-day tour and provides a great introduction to Grand Teton National Park and the surrounding area, as well as highlighting the flora, fauna, history and geography, which makes Jackson Hole unique
*Enjoy free time in Jackson Hole (B, D)
Day 7
*Drive to Jackson Hole Airport for our flight home
*Transfer to Lancaster with many wonderful memories of this outstanding western getaway (B)
