Day 1 *Travel to the historic seaside town of Cape May, New Jersey, which is known for its grand Victorian houses and beautiful beaches *Take a trolley tour of Cape May *Lunch and shop at the Washington Street Mall, an outdoor walking mall spanning three blocks *Explore the NAS Wildwood Aviation Museum, which houses a wide-ranging assortment of historic aircraft and artifacts on display *Visit Sunset Beach on the southern end of the Cape May Peninsula for a view of the SS Atlantis and the Cape May Lighthouse *Dine in Cape May *Overnight in Egg Harbor Township, NJ (1st of 2 nights) (D)

Day 2 *Enjoy a cruise on the river in Toms River, NJ, that includes lunch  *Browse the New Jersey Maritime Museum, a nautical-themed museum packed with shipwreck finds, photos, navigation equipment and more *Travel to the Barnegat Lighthouse State Park, which is located on the northern tip of Long Beach Island to see the lighthouse that was regarded as one of the most important navigational points for ships bound to and from the New York harbor (B, L)

Day 3 *Experience the Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge, which is actively managed for migratory birds, and is located on one of the Atlantic Flyway’s most active flight paths, making it a critical link during seasonal bird migration *Take a walking tour and narrated Pontoon Boat Ride “Creek Cruise” that leaves from the Tuckerton Seaport followed by lunch on your own at the seaport *Have an Ocean Grove drive-through in Ocean Grove, NJ *Enjoy seafood dinner en route home  (B, D)
